Export your logbook in multiple formats for printing, archiving, or regulatory submission.

CSV#

Full logbook exported as a CSV file containing all flight fields and cumulative totals. Columns include date, airports, scheduled and actual times, block and flight time, night time, takeoffs, day/night landings, approaches, distance, pax, fuel, flight number, PIC/SIC/DUAL/INS/SIM times, PIC name, notes, and function. Suitable for:

Spreadsheet analysis in Excel or Google Sheets
Regulatory submission to aviation authorities
Data backup in a portable format

PDF#

A native PDF logbook document available in EASA, FAA, TCCA, CAAC, JCAB, CASA (CASR-61.345), DGCA (CAR 7BI), and DGCA CA-39 (aggregate flying experience summary) layouts, with:

Cover page – turbine icon, "FlightLog" title, pilot name, role (Captain, First Officer, etc.), date range
Flight tables – landscape layout matching the legacy FlightLog format (adaptive column widths, 90% table width)
PIC NAME column – shows the PIC name field if set, otherwise your own name when you are PIC. Self-name detection includes lastname-only matching in addition to full name
Partial IFR time – when the ifrtime field is set on a flight, it is used as the IFR time instead of the full block time
Simulator column – shows the aircraft type code and name (e.g. "A320 Airbus A320") instead of a generic "SIM" label
Crew times for simulators – PIC, SIC, DUAL, and INS columns are zeroed for simulator sessions
Certification block – "I, [name], certify that the entries in this log are true" with pilot signature in the Remarks column of the totals rows
Alternating row colors – for readability
Simulator rows – highlighted with a diagonal stripe pattern
Totals rows – TOTAL THIS PAGE, TOTAL PREVIOUS PAGES, and TOTAL at the bottom of each page
Pre-filter cumulative totals – when a date range filter is set, hours from flights before the start date are included in the page cumulative totals
Page numbers – sequential numbering across all pages
Actual OUT date – PDF dates use the actual OUT date (UTC) rather than the scheduled date, with fallback to the scheduled date when actual times are not available

The output is formatted for A4 landscape printing.

Aircraft CSV#

Aircraft can also be exported as a separate CSV with columns: Registration, Code, Name, Single Pilot, Single Engine, Jet, Simulator.

Format Picker#

When tapping the export button, an action sheet lets you choose the export format directly (CSV, EASA, FAA, TCCA, CAAC, JCAB, CASA, DGCA, DGCA CA-39), instead of requiring a separate trip to Settings.

Options#

Date range filter – export only flights within a specific period. Cumulative totals include hours from flights before the start date. The date filter uses the actual OUT date for consistency with the PDF output
Lines per page – adjustable from 8 to 30 rows per page
Pilot signature – sign your logbook with a signature pad. The signature appears in the certification block on each page
Share – send via the iOS or Android share sheet, or save directly to Files
