OrangeExpiring soonWithin the warning threshold of the expiry date
RedExpiredPast the expiry date

Warning Threshold#

The "expiring soon" threshold is customizable and defaults to 90 days before the expiry date. You can adjust this value in the app settings to match your personal renewal lead times.

Sorting#

Certificates are auto-sorted using two criteria:

  1. Type priority – certificates are grouped by type in the order listed above (ATPL first, then CPL, PPL, and so on).
  2. Expiry date – within each type group, certificates expiring soonest appear first.

This ensures that the most urgent renewals are always at the top of the list.

Search and Delete#

  • Use the search bar to filter certificates by name.
  • Swipe a certificate card to the left to delete it.
