Settings

Configure your profile and app preferences.

Profile#

• First name and Last name – used on exported logbook cover pages
• Role – select your position: CPT, FO, INS, or STG
• Home base airport – enter your base airport in IATA or ICAO format (e.g. CDG or LFPG)

Display#

• Dark mode – choose between Off, Dark, or Auto (follows system setting)
• Airport code format – display airports as IATA codes (e.g. CDG) or ICAO codes (e.g. LFPG) throughout the app
• Regulation – select your aviation regulation framework: EASA, FAA, TCCA (Canada), CAAC (China), or CASA (Australia)

Duty Times#

• Report before – time to add before the first flight for duty calculation (e.g. 01:30)
• Post-flight – time to add after the last flight for duty calculation (e.g. 00:30)

Social Life#

• NightStop Connect – toggle to enable NightStop integration. When enabled, enter your NightStop credentials (email and password). Credentials are verified against nightstop.top before being saved.

Dual Type Rating#

• Dual Type Rating toggle – enable tracking for paired type ratings: A330/A350, B777/B787, or B757/B767
• When enabled, 90-day currency is tracked per type within the pair, with separate next-due alerts for each
• When Air France authentication is active, AF mixed fleet rules apply: 4 total landings required with a minimum of 1 per type in the 90-day window

Airline#

• Authentication Air France – connect to Air France intranet for AF Hub features
• Authentication Transavia – connect to Transavia for roster import

Previous Flight Time#

Set initial cumulative flight times if you have hours logged in another logbook or outside this app. These values are added to all time calculations, ensuring your lifetime totals are accurate in the Statistics page.

User / Device ID#

Your unique User ID and Device ID are displayed at the bottom of the Settings page. Tap either value to copy it to the clipboard – useful when contacting support so the team can identify your account and device quickly.

Cumulative Time Modal#

Tap Previous Flight Time to open a modal where you can enter your prior flight hours broken down by category. These values are added on top of the flights recorded in FlightLog, ensuring your lifetime totals are accurate in the Statistics page.

App Version#

The current app version is displayed at the bottom of the Settings page.
